Shipping policy

We ship to the United States. Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, then delivered within 8–15 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email hello@daycave.com with your order number and we'll resend it or refund you in full.

Any import duties or taxes for US orders are covered by us.
